PERNYATAAN TEGAS TPNPB

Pernyataan yang kuat oleh TPNPB-OPM pada tanggal 9 September 2019 di Behalf Bangsa Papua Barat hari ini 9 September 2019, Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat OPM secara resmi mengeluarkan pernyataan yang ditujukan kepada Pemerintah Indonesia dan untuk Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa.
Pernyataan ini dikeluarkan berdasarkan situasi Krisis Kemanusiaan di Papua, sebagai hasil dari tindakan pada protes Rasisme terhadap orang Papua oleh orang Indonesia yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Dan kami merilis pernyataan ini sehingga dapat diketahui oleh semua pihak di seluruh dunia.
Pernyataan 1. Perlu diketahui oleh semua pihak bahwa masalah Papua Barat adalah masalah hak politik diri diri, yang telah dilanggar atau diabaikan oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, dan oleh Pemerintah Amerika Serikat, dan Juga oleh Pemerintah Belanda dan Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia;
2. Berdasarkan titik satu (1) di atas, kita perlu menyampaikan bahwa Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia, dan Pemerintah Amerika Serikat, dan Pemerintah Belanda dan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa melanggar hukum. Hak-hak orang Melanesia di Papua Barat melalui Perjanjian New York pada tanggal 15 Agustus 1962, dan juga melalui Invasi Militer Indonesia di Papua pada tanggal 1 Mei 1963, dan apa yang benar-benar dilanggar adalah ketika Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Pilihan Bebas pada tahun 1969, akan menyebut bahwa "Undang-Undang Pilihan №" yang tidak demokratis dan cacat secara hukum dan juga cacat moral;
3. Oleh karena itu Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa segera meninjau implementasi Undang-Undang Pilihan Bebas pada tahun 1969 di Papua Barat, dan segera juga dimediasi Bangsa Papua untuk duduk di meja negosiasi dengan Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia untuk membahas Hak-hak politik kemerdekaan Papua;
4. Kami TPNPB-OPM Katakanlah bahwa orang-orang Melanesia berjuang di Papua Barat bukan untuk menuntut pembangunan atau kemakmuran oleh Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia, tetapi untuk sepenuhnya perjuangan hanya untuk menuntut hak kedaulatan penuh atau kemerdekaan penuh untuk Papua orang-orang;
5. Sementara itu, kami menyampaikan kepada orang-orang Indonesia dan juga kepada komunitas internasional bahwa orang-orang Melanesia di Papua Barat memiliki hak untuk bebas bebas dan menjadi berdaulat sebagai negara-negara lain di dunia;
6. Berdasarkan lima poin di atas, kami TPNPB-OPM meminta kepada Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia untuk menghentikan pengalihan masalah segera dengan berbagai propaganda miskin;
7. Bahwa kami juga menghimbau Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia untuk segera menghentikan pasukan militer yang berlebihan di Papua, karena ini adalah tindakan teror mental dan psikologis kepada masyarakat sipil pribumi Papua oleh Negara;
8. Pada kesempatan ini, TPNPB-OPM juga mengeluarkan peringatan yang kuat kepada orang-orang Papua pribumi yang menjadi orang Indonesia Militia Pro untuk berhenti segera tindakan anda yang menciptakan konflik horizontal di Papua;
9. TPNPB-OPM juga memberikan peringatan kepada Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia atau lebih khusus untuk Wiranto yang segera menghentikan provokasi kegiatan milisi pro-NKRI di Papua, yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan konflik horizontal seperti Timor Leste di 1999;
10. TPNPB-OPM juga memberikan peringatan kepada non-Papua yang hidup mencari makanan dan properti di Papua, sehingga mereka segera berhenti menjadi agen militer Indonesia dan polisi. Pada kasus-kasus, tampak sangat jelas bahwa orang-orang non-Papua melakukan serangan terhadap orang-orang Papua pribumi. Ini tidak dapat diterima oleh manusia, karena anda berada di tanah leluhur kami dari orang-orang Melanesia;
11. Kami TPNPB-OPM menghimbau Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia untuk segera bebas rilis " Surya Anta dan semua aktivis Papua yang telah ditangkap, karena memprotes rasisme.
12. Berdasarkan Point 11 di atas, maka kami TPNPB-OPM juga menghimbau kepada Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia untuk segera menghentikan penangkapan dan proses hukum dari semua orang Papua pribumi yang telah berpartisipasi dalam Rasisme Diprotes yang menyebabkan kerusuhan , karena itu terjadi karena alasan dan konsekuensi. Ini berarti bahwa massa tidak dapat dikendalikan, karena ini terjadi spontanitas. Dan Indonesia dan dunia harus memahami situasi ini!!!
13. Sehubungan dengan poin 11 dan 12 di atas, kami juga menghimbau Presiden Indonesia dan Polisi Nasional Indonesia untuk segera mencabut status tersangka hoax dugaan kasus terhadap aktivis hak asasi manusia atas nama Veronica Koman. Karena pembaruan yang telah dilakukan oleh Ms Veronica Koman adalah tindakan advokasi terhadap aktivis Papua di Surabaya, dan Veronica telah dilakukan untuk melindungi kemanusiaan;
14. Kami TPNPB-OPM juga menolak hoax stigmatisasi oleh Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia atas pembaruan berita tentang Papua, karena masalah perjuangan kemerdekaan untuk Papua dan juga masalah kejahatan militer dan polisi Indonesia terhadap kemanusiaan di Indonesia. Papua bukan hoax, tapi adalah fakta berdasarkan bukti yang akurat; 15. Yang melihat situasi konflik berkepanjangan di Papua, maka TPNPB-OPM mendesak kepada PBB untuk segera campur tangan di Humanitarians di Papua untuk menciptakan perdamaian dunia; 16. Pada kesempatan ini, yang-OPM juga menyampaikan kepada semua siswa Papua belajar di luar Papua, yang merasa tidak aman untuk kembali ke negara kelahiran anda dan kami berjuang bersama-sama untuk merebut hak politik kedaulatan kita bangsa Papua;
17. Dalam Pernyataan ini juga, Kami TPNPB-OPM memperpanjang kepada semua orang Papua pribumi yang bekerja dengan Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia untuk segera bergabung dengan agenda tunggal Strike Sipil Nasional untuk mengusir Kolonialisme;
18. TPNPB-OPM juga menghimbau kepada dunia bahwa pada tahun 1962-2011 dalam manajemen dan struktur kami belum siap, sehingga Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia selalu menang dalam kegiatan Perang Media dan Perang Fisik;
19. Yang berdasarkan titik 18 di atas, yang-OPM menghimbau kepada dunia bahwa sekarang kita siap untuk melawan tentara budak Indonesia dan merebut kedaulatan Papua;
20. Pada kesempatan ini kita juga perlu menyampaikan kepada dunia yang berdasarkan hasil KTT TPNPB-OPM di Markas Perwomi di Biak, pada bulan Mei 2012, kami telah disiapkan dalam Struktur, Manajemen dan Personil sebagai untai militer dunia;
21. Berdasarkan Point 20 di atas, kami TPNPB-OPM perlu menginformasikan kepada dunia bahwa meskipun Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia memiliki militer yang terlatih dan lengkap senjata, tapi kami siap untuk berjuang melawan berdasarkan Kebenaran;
22. Kami juga perlu menyampaikan kepada dunia yang berdasarkan hasil kerja tim nasional TPNPB-OPM (RAKERNAS) di Wanum, Papua pada tanggal 1 September 2012, Perang Pembebasan Nasional dengan Revolusi Adu Tindakan berlangsung, dan kemudian akan melanjutkan dengan pengumuman Perang Revolusi Total sesuai dengan target TPNPB-OPM;
23. Berdasarkan poin 1-22 di atas, yang-OPM meminta Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa untuk bersiap-siap untuk Intervensi Kemanusiaan di Papua, karena Perang Terbuka akan segera diumumkan.
24. Sementara hal-hal lain dari TPNPB-OPM akan diumumkan segera pada deklarasi Perang Revolusi Total;

Strong Statement by TPNPB-OPM on September 9th 2019 on Behalf of the Nation of West Papua today September 9th 2019, the West Papua National Liberation Army of OPM officially issued a Statement addressed to the Government of Indonesia and to the United Nations.
This statement is issued based on the situation of the Humanitarian Crisis in Papua, as a result of the actions on Protest Racism against Papuans by irresponsible Indonesians. And we release this Statement so that it can be known by all parties throughout the world.
Statement 1. Need to know by all parties that the West Papua Problems are the Problems of the Political Rights of Self-Determined, which has been violated or ignored by the United Nations, and by the Government of the United States of America, and also by the Government of Netherlands and the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia;
2. Based on point one (1) above, we need to convey that the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Government of the United States of America, and the Government of the Netherlands and the United Nations violated the Rights of Melanesian people in West Papua through the New York Agreement on August 15th, 1962, and also through Indonesian Military Invasion in Papua on May 1st, 1963, and what was really violated is when the Implementation of An Act of Free Choice in 1969, will called that “An Act of No Choice” which was not democratic and legally defect and also morally defective;
3. That therefore the United Nations immediately reviewing the Implementation of An Act of Free Choice in 1969 in West Papua, and immediately also mediated the Papuan Nation to sit at the negotiating table with the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to discuss the political rights of Papuan Independence;
4. We TPNPB-OPM Affirm that the Melanesian People Struggle in West Papua is not to demand of Development or prosperity by the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia, but to fully struggle only to demand full sovereignty rights or Full Independence for the Papua people;
5. Whereas, we convey to the Indonesian people and also to the international community that Melanesian people in West Papua have the right to be full free and be sovereign as other nations in the World;
6. Based on the five points above, we TPNPB-OPM ask to the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia in order to stop the diversion of issues immediately with various poor propaganda;
7. That we also urge the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately stop excessive military troops in Papua, because this is an act of mental and psychological terror to the civil society of Indigenous Papuans by the State;
8. On this occasion, TPNPB-OPM also issued strong warnings to Indigenous Papuans who’s was became the Indonesian Militias Pro to stop immediately your actions which created horizontal conflicts in Papua;
9. TPNPB-OPM also give a warning to the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia or more specifically to Wiranto that immediately stop the provocation of pro-NKRI militia activities in Papua, which aimed to create horizontal conflicts such as the East Timor in 1999;
10. TPNPB-OPM also gives warnings to non-Papuans who live looking for food and property in Papua, so that they immediately stop being agents of the Indonesian Military and the Police. On the cases, looked very clear that the non-Papuans are carry out attacks against indigenous Papuans. This unacceptable by human beings, because you are in our ancestral land of the Melanesians people;
11. We TPNPB-OPM urge the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately free release “Surya Anta and all Papuan activists who have been arrested, for protesting of racism.
12. Based on Point 11 above, then we TPNPB-OPM also urge to the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately stop the Arrest and Legal Process of all Indigenous Papuans who have participated in the Racism Protested which led to riots, because it happened for reasons and consequence. This means that the mass cannot be controlled, because this happens spontaneity. And Indonesia and the world must understand this situations!!!
13. In connection with points 11 and 12 above, we also urge the Indonesian President and the Indonesian National Police to immediately revoke the status of the Hoax suspect Alleged Case against to Human Rights Activist on behalf of Veronica Koman. Because the update that has been carried out by Ms Veronica Koman is an Advocacy act against Papuan Activists in Surabaya, and the Veronica has done to protect humanity;
14. We TPNPB-OPM also reject the HOAX stigmatization by the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia over news updates about Papua, because the issue of the struggle for independence for Papua and also the issues of Indonesian Military and Police Crimes against humanity in Papua is not HOAX, but is a fact based on accurate evidence; 15. That seeing the situation of prolonged conflict in Papua, then TPNPB-OPM urges to the United Nations to immediately intervene on Humanitarians in Papua to create the world peace; 16. On this occasion, the TPNPB-OPM also conveyed to all Papuan students studying outside Papua, who felt unsafe to return to your country of birth and we fought together to seize the Political Rights of Our Sovereignty of the Papuan Nation;
17. In this Statement also, We TPNPB-OPM extend to all Indigenous Papuans who work with the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately join the National Civil Strike Single agenda to expel Colonialism;
18. TPNPB-OPM also urge to the world that in 1962-2011 in management and structure we were not ready, so that the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia always won in the activities of the Media War and Physical War;
19. That based on point 18 above, the TPNPB-OPM urge to the world that Now we are ready to fight against Indonesian Slave soldiers and seize the Papuan sovereignty;
20. On this occasion we also need to convey to the world that based on the results of the TPNPB-OPM Summit at Perwomi Headquarters in Biak, in May 2012, we have been prepared in the Structure, Management and Personnel as the world military strand;
21. Based on Point 20 above, we TPNPB-OPM need to inform the world that even though the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia has a well-trained military and complete weapons, but we are ready to fight against based on the truth;
22. We also need to convey to the world that based on the results of the TPNPB-OPM National Team Works (RAKERNAS) in Wanum, Papua on September 1st, 2012, the National Liberation War with the Staged Revolutionary actions is taking place, and will then proceed with the announcement of the TOTAL Revolutionary War in accordance with the TPNPB-OPM target;
23. Based on points 1-22 above, the TPNPB-OPM asks to the United Nations to get ready for Humanitarian Intervention in Papua, because the Open War will soon be announced.
24. Whereas other matters of the TPNPB-OPM will be announced immediately at the declaration of the TOTAL Revolutionary War;
